Dillon Mechanical Force Gauges

Dillon Mechanical Force Gauges are designed for use in rugged environments where accuracy is a critical factor. Each of the units is engineered with a “D” shaped deflection beam, manufactured with materials machined to the tightest tolerances, and with the optimal heat treatment for maximum strength and spring characteristics.

For use either as a “stand alone” unit or a component in a system, Dillon Gauges have long set the standard for durability and accuracy in force measurement.

With all units coming with two year warranty, Dillon gauges are serviced and calibrated by factory authorized technicians focused on excellent quality with quick turnaround times.

  • Available in 25 lb to 25,000 lb capacities
  • Accuracy of ±1% of full capacity
  • 25,000 lb accurate to ±2% of full capacity
  • Available in lb or kg capacities

Model X-ST with tension calibration

  • Nine capacities from 25 lb to 10,000 lb or 10 kg to 5,000 kg.
  • Accuracy is ±1% of full range.
    (Note: For applications requiring capacities beyond 10,000 lb or 5,000 kg in tension compression, consider the Dillon Dynamometer.)
  • Tension Force Gauges in capacities through 2,000 lb (1,000 kg) are supplied with two rod-end connectors. 5,000 lb and 10,000 lb (2,000 kg and 5,000 kg) capacities are equipped with shackles and pins.
  • Model X-ST is available in lb or kg capacities.

Model X-PP with compression force & tension calibration

Model X-PP calibrated in push-pull are available in seven capacities in lb ranging from 50-0-50 to 2,500-0-2,500. Accuracy is ±2% of maximum dial reading.
Also available in Kg capacities.

Model U Force Gauge
